Granting Permissions to Facebook Assets in Business Manager

This tutorial will guide you through the process of giving permissions to your Facebook assets using Business Manager.

  1. First, navigate to the website business.facebook.com. Once logged in, locate the left side corner and click on Settings.


  1. In the settings area, proceed to Users Partners and select the Add button.


  1. Click on Give a partner access to your assets. A window will appear prompting you to enter the Partner Business ID.


  1. If you are sharing access with Traffic Salad, use the following Partner Business ID:
    Paste Business ID480765105419429


  1. After entering the ID, click Next. Once the partner has been added to your Business Manager account, you can assign assets.


  1. Assets include Facebook Pages, Facebook Ad Accounts, Instagram Accounts, Pixels, and more. Click on Assign Assets.


  1. Select the assets you wish to share with your business partner. For example, click on Full Control and then click the blue button to Assign Assets.


  1. Repeat this process for all asset types such as Ad Accounts, catalogs, and apps, if available.


  1. Please note that Instagram Accounts and Pixels have been moved into Data Sets. Additionally, include Domains and any custom conversions.


By following these steps, you will successfully grant permissions to your Facebook assets using Business Manager.
